Unopened: 24 months at room temperature. Opened: use within 1 month, store cool and dark, avoid humidity.

• Dissolve 1 kg of powder in 2 L of water or 2.2 L of milk. Mix until fully dissolved and let stand for about 30 minutes for best texture.
• For frozen yogurt style, replace part of the liquid with natural yogurt.
• The mix is cold‑soluble – no pasteurisation or homogenisation is required. Pour into the soft serve machine.
• If the mix will stay in the machine overnight, prepare it with 60–70°C liquid. This prevents over‑thickening and keeps the flow stable.

• Vanilla variant: powdered sugar, coconut fat, skim milk powder, maltodextrin, stabilisers (guar gum, cellulose gum, sodium alginate, mono‑ and diglycerides of fatty acids), vanilla cream flavour. Gluten‑free. Contains lactose.

• Per 100 g (vanilla): 2013 kJ / 479 kcal; fat 18 g (of which saturated 16 g); carbohydrates 72 g (of which sugars 48 g); protein 6 g; salt 0.7 g.

• Custom flavours are possible for large orders; minimum 3 tons of finished product.
